Having recently moved to Finland, her mother's native country, the promising yet intimidated 17 year old dancer Kath spends her days after school riding the underground. While avoiding turbulent conditions at home, she meets the intriguing character Alfred on the train with whom she builds an unconventional relationship; finding support as she navigates the dynamics of her neglectful mother.
